Q-Switch will provide you with the ease of mind by minimizing unauthorized transfer of mobile data, especially when you are not in possession of the device, i.e. when the device is either lost or stolen. The proprietary technology employed by Q-Switch allows the data to be erased even when the mobile device is located in no-reception areas or when it is out of battery.

Upon your request, either by calling the Mbience service center or logging into our website, Mbience will verify your identify and Q-switch will send an erase command to the device initiating a data destruction process. A confirmation will be sent to you to notify the completion of the process so you can be relieved from the lost.
