Mbience has drawn together professionals from all around the globe to serve as the Company's advisors. Currently there are two advisory boards: Technical and Business. Our Boards' composition today is a strong, balanced blend of skills and experience, allowing it to offer guidance in core areas important to Mbience. The Advisory Boards are the source of expertise that can be drawn upon to lead Mbience on all technical and strategic issues that occur during the operating of the Company. Their charge is to ensure all advice given will adhere to the company mission and for the greatest benefit of all stakeholders.

Edmund CHONG
Edmund Chong – CFA, Vice President of Abn Amro Asset Management , a global financial institution. Prior to that Mr. Chong worked at SG Asset Management and other international financial institutions. Mr. Chong has 8 years of experience in mutual fund's analysis, sales and marketing for the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Chong also writes articles on market analysis and wealth management for financial magazines and newspaper.

Viren S. WONG
Viren S. Wong – Viren Wong serves as the interim Chief Financial Officer and a member of the advisory board during the funding period and is overseeing the initial financial requirements of the Company. After funding Mr. Wong will maintain his role in the advisory board going forward.

Mr. Wong is co-founder of Full Cycle Energy Investment Management, a hedged fund company. One of the funds he manages, Full Cycle Energy Limited Partnership I, is the top 3 performing hedge funds in Canada for 2005 among 1200+ hedge funds in Canada. Viren possesses extensive experiences in investment analysis, management and risk management.

Mr. Wong is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He has graduated from University of Toronto with High Distinction and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Major in Computer Science.

William CHAN
William Chan – Mr. Chan is the CEO, Executive Director and Shareholder of Kam Yuen Group International Limited, managing over 4000 employees. His company specializes in the design, develop and manufacturing fiber optics, steel related products in China.

Peter WONG
Peter Wong – Peter Wong is the founder, CEO and Director of Cyber Top International Limited, company of 1000+ employees. Experienced in Electronic and Technology design, development and manufacturing, from electronic toys to black box for army tanks.

Winson WONG
Winson Wong – Mr. Winson Wong possesses expansive experience in e-business security, management and finance. He is the Executive Director of a publicly traded company listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company core business is to enhance security of all kinds to electronic banking systems and offering payment solutions for e-business.

Arthur WU
Arthur Wu – Arthur Wu is a Barrister-at-law practicing in the jurisdiction of Hong Kong specializing in Commercial Law, Medical Negligence, Product Liability and Land Law. He is also experienced in the conduct of litigation in the areas of intellectual property, administrative law and criminal law.

Mr. Wu has acted as litigation counsel on a variety of intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, and patent) disputes involving such products as chemical processes, computer software, computer hardware, electrical motors, food products, food services and industrial machinery.

In his commercial law practice, he has provided advice to businesses, associations, governments and public institutions on law issues arising in a wide variety of industries including energy, financial institutions, health services, Internet service providers and web hosting, insurance, professional associations, telecommunications, trade associations and trucking. The range of services provided includes acting as litigation counsel, providing opinions on acquisitions, marketing and trade practices and developing corporate compliance programs.

Wayne BANG
Wayne Bang – Mr. Wayne Bang comes from an elite class of IT professionals possessing proven proficiencies at the consultative level as well as the hands-on technical level. With over 10 years' IT experiences, Wayne is a consultant focusing on Java and Oracle technologies for the past 6 years. He has extensive experience in Internet, E-Commerce and Database applications development; component design and programming. Mr. Bang seeks to empower Mbience with leading edge i-technologies for the future.

Mr. Bang holds a Bachelor degree in Material engineering (minor in computer science) from Hankook Aviation University in South Korea. Wayne also received a Diploma in Network Administration/ Webmaster from York College of Information Technologies in Canada. Mr. Bang has accumulated more than a half dozen coveted and prestigious certifications from renown institutions including: Sun Certified Mobile Application Developer, Sun Certified Programmer, Sun Certified Web Component Developer, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer & Internet, Oracle Certified Database Professional, IBM Certified DB2 UDB Associate.

Frederic CHIU
Frederic Chiu – Frederic Chiu is a Microsoft Consulting and Implementation Specialist at IBM Canada Ltd., handling various Active Directory and Exchange migration projects. Prior to that, Frederic worked as a Project Manager in IBM Global Services where he handled projects ranges from 500 thousand to 10 millions dollars.

Mr. Chiu's background lies in Industrial Engineering and Systems Management where he studies Operational Research, Ergonomics, Data Structure and specialized in Business Process Re-engineering.

Owen LEUNG
Owen Leung – Owen Leung is an independent technical consultant specializing in creating architecture and delivering technical solutions in enterprise system to his clients such as Accenture and Nortel Network. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and Sun Certified Enterprise Architect in J2EE Technology. His expertise includes enterprise system design and development in banking, telecommunication and aerospace industry. Before establishing his own consulting firm, Owen worked was a lead software engineer for Nortel Network, the leading telecommunication manufacturer in Canada.

Sai Kit MA
Sai Kit Ma – Mr. Ma is an Engineer at Union Eternal Engineering Limited, an affiliate of Nokia. Prior to joining Union Eternal, Mr. Ma worked as a Senior Technical Officer at Smartone-Vodafone, a leading wireless network provider in Hong Kong. He has 7 years of industry experience in the development and implementation of mobile networks.

Strategic Overview & Project Management

Gurdeep BAWEJA
Gurdeep Baweja – Gurdeep Baweja brings solid experience with both large companies such as TD Bank Financial Group and entrepreneurial startups such as MobileQ.com and T4G Limited. At MobileQ.com, a venture-backed telecommunication company which was subsequently acquired by iAnywhere, Gurdeep was an integral part of the consulting team initially as a developer and then later as a Team Lead and Project Manager focusing on telecommunications, financial services and retail clients.

Mr. Baweja joined T4G as a Solutions Developer and continued to service clients in the retail area. At TD Bank, he has worked as a Relationship Manager supporting technology needs for Wealth Management, TD Securities, and Compliance business areas and assumed overall responsibility for client satisfaction while ensuring that the individual technology divisions within the bank are able to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Gurdeep holds an MBA in Strategy & Management Consulting from Queens University, and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from University of Toronto.

Derrick LAM
Derrick Lam - M.Sc., P.Eng Electronic Engineer. Mr. Lam is a professor of electronic engineering in Hong Kong Polytechnics University. He has been involved in advanced technology research and development for 35 years.
